What you bring 

• Working towards a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Management, Computer Science or related fields.
• Strong excel skills or other database tools.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of Python and programming concepts.
• Complete understanding of ODOO basic flow.
• Knowledge of data models available in ODOO core.
• Proven expertise in developing custom modules in ODOO .
• Analyse the scope or BRD document
• Good knowledge of Linux and Ubuntu.
  
• ODOO Techno functional knowledge.
• Good knowledge of SVN and/or Git.
  
• Good communication skills, able to manage customer expectations.
• Patience and professionalism
  
• Capable of working autonomously, leading and tracking own work.
  

Responsibilities

• You will lead and participate in various development projects for our products and services and be involved in all development-related aspects of our technical operations.
• Take Initiatives for the required changes in software development process to manage overall quality.
• Solve complex performance and other critical problems and architectural challenges.
• Develop applications/features that affect everyday life.

Requirement

• Strong understanding of Python: Python is the primary language used for Odoo development. You should be proficient in its core syntax, data structures, and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with Odoo development frameworks: Familiarity with Odoo's development frameworks like Odoo Studio and the Odoo API is essential. Being able to create custom modules, reports, and integrations will give you an edge.
• Knowledge of web technologies: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is crucial for building user interfaces and interacting with Odoo's web framework.
• Database skills: Working with relational databases like PostgreSQL is often required for managing Odoo's data. Familiarity with SQL queries is a plus.
• Version control systems: Knowing how to use Git or other version control systems for code collaboration is essential in a professional setting.

Additional desirable skills

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud Platform, where Odoo is often deployed.
• Knowledge of specific industry verticals relevant to the company you're applying to.
• Experience with other ERP systems can be helpful in understanding business processes and how Odoo fits in.
